THIS WORKSHOP WOULD BE HELPFUL FOR SERIOUS ARTISTS WHO WANT TO OVERCOME HURDLES IN THEIR PORTRAIT PAINTING PROCESS.
Here's what one artist said after attending a recent Steven Levin workshop:
The Portrait painting workshop was wonderful. Steve is a great teacher! After years of instruction and struggling with skin tones, I finally have a pallet and method that works for me. The way he uses his colors to make separate paint puddles of base tones, and figuring out value and color temperature is so logical. In addition, I learned a lot about painting portraits in general from his wealth of knowledge and experience, interacting with student’s questions. And, I’ve adopted one of his painting techniques to the way I paint still life as well.
What a master! I will be incorporating and using what I learned over the weekend for the rest of my life.
